Miscommunication is at the center of many of the problems we aim to address at Olivus. Connecting and communicating with your support network can be hard emotional work, and misunderstandings are bound to happen. I worked with one other designer on the Clarifying Questions feature for the Olivus app to explore how we can provide help seekers the tools they need to work through their miscommunications in texting, and find a deeper understanding of the people they love.
